Dr. Sbeit founded the North Texas Leadership Development Academy to provide exceptional Consulting, Training, Research and development in the areas of Cyber Security, Process & Operational Excellence, Lean Six Sigma, Strategy & Change Execution, and Program & Project Management for Fortune 500, Government and Non-Government Organizations.

Dr. Sbeit launched in 2018, the North Texas Leadership Development Academy to train, coach, and mentor professionals on latest Leadership and Process Excellence skill sets to grow their careers.
As of now, his accomplishments are:
¨ Trained & certified over 200 Lean Six Sigma Yellow & Green Belt Fortune 500 professionals.
¨ Trained & certified over 80 in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Leading SAFe, Scrum Master (SSM), Scaled Practioner (SP), and Product Owner Product Management (POPM) with great pass rates.
¨ Trained over 10 in Advanced Project Management (APM) tools.
Most recently Dr. Sbeit worked at AT&T as the Solution Train Engineer (STE) a servant leader of the train at the Large Solution and program level. Working with multiple leadership levels as well as understanding the strategy, and driving alignment across the program. Assist the teams in delivering value, and identify cross-team dependencies and economic decision-making by rolling up team estimation to the Solution level for visibility. Work across multiple sets of teams to develop communication plans, streamline execution across the delivery plan, and functionally represent our organization from a Program Management perspective.
Dr. Sbeit led the scalability for Schwab and TDA M&A of $54T assets of the newly merged entity. Orchestrated the scaling of Portfolio Accounting & Management applications to handle 4X accounts and 10X transactions.
Dr. Sbeit also leads the Continuous Improvement for Bechtel National Program Management Office (Mashroat). Bechtel, a global leader in engineering, procurement, and construction, has been awarded a contract to support setting up and operating the National Project Management Organization (NPMO) in Saudi Arabia. As the continuous improvement Director for the National Projects & O&M Management Organization responsible for the implementation of the Lean Sigma Program across all 47 KSA entities.
Dr Sbeit has been the Senior Manager of business Network Transformation at Verizon, where he led a 4000+ Network Systems organization’s OSS / BSS Transformation Office into a new operating model using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) resulting in a 10% increase in throughput. Dr. Sbeit launched in 2018, the North Texas Leadership Development Academy to train, coach, and mentor professionals on the latest Leadership and Process Excellence skill sets to grow their careers.
Dr. Sbeit earned a Doctoral in Engineering Management and an MS in Software Engineering from Southern Methodist University (SMU). He has lectured on engineering management and cybersecurity courses at UNT, UTD, UC, and UMUC. Dr. Sbeit is an author and writer
Raed is a member of several professional organizations, including the Industry Advisory Board of Robert Morris University, Harvard Business Review, and other local Private STEM schools. Raed has also served on the boards of the City of Irving Green Advisory Board and Irving Police Advisory Board.
